Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly. The sooner you notify us, the faster we can assist you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some categories of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (examples: food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (including certain beauty or hygiene goods). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have doubts about the eligibility of your item, please contact our support team — we are here to help clarify any question before returning your item.

Sale items and gift cards are unfortunately non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest method is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want. This ensures no waiting time and guarantees availability.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason. The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
